 I had previously downloaded ClockRack2 and due to not understanding transpaency settings fully, managed to cause the clocks to entirely disappear! TweakWindow enabled me to find my erstwhile invisible program so I consider it good value as I got 2 for 1.
 Homepage The Homepage tells that TweakWindow is free. But it is only a test version.

 The Bare Minimum Tordex Wheel works as advertised...it scrolls the window pane under your pointer, instead of whatever has focus, but stops dead there. It does not work for anything BUT window panes or other items that are not bound to scrolling already, such as combo boxes or sliders (which plenty of other mouse interfaces do...I first enjoyed these features on a Radio Shack mouse about a decade ago). Also, when scrolling non-windowpane items that do have focus, like combo boxes, items get skipped, even when scrolling at minimum speed.I'm also having to use additional software to enable mouse wheel ...

This utility is great. If you want to keep a novice user from snooping around your computer, simply hide the desktop and taskbar. Many many more useful features.
 i downloaded it and it gave me a trojan
 I ran the install and during the install I got a virus alert (trojan). I finished the install, but when I clicked the link, the exe file couldn\'t be found. So I can\'t run this application and have now uninstalled it.
This software is really very cool!Simple, work, easy, without any bullshit like unneedful options etc. and it's free of charge!10/10

The ScrollerII Library has two Controls, the FormScroller and ScrollableContainer Control. Each of these two Controls provides automatic Scrolling functionality. The FormScroller makes and entire Form Scrollable, whereas the Scrollable Container Makes part of a Form Scrollable. If you need more user input elements (controls) to place on a Form than its available area, these controls can be really helpful.

 Not for VS2005 (?) I use VB 2005. Unfortunately ScrollerII has been written in VB6. After the conversion the compiler still found 2 problems. One of them I couldn't solve by myself (X2 member). MS gives this link additionaly:ms-help://MS.VSCC.v80/dv_commoner/local/redirect.htm?keyword="74E732F3-CAD8-417B-8BC9-C205714BB4A7As I can find a general scroller function in e.g. a panel, I decided to give up :-)
